Códigos verbales y no verbales

Códigos verbales Son los que utilizan palabras y lenguaje estructurado para comunicar un mensaje. Tipos Orales: conversación, discursos, llamadas. Escritos: cartas, mensajes, libros, correos. Características Tienen reglas gramaticales. Permiten expresar ideas complejas con precisión. Son conscientes y controlables. Ejemplos Decir “Estoy feliz”. Escribir una nota. Dar instrucciones. 🤝 Códigos no verbales Son los que transmiten mensajes sin usar palabras. Muchas veces comunican emociones más rápido que el lenguaje verbal. Tipos principales Gestos: movimientos de manos o rostro. Expresiones faciales: sonrisas, ceños fruncidos. Postura corporal: brazos cruzados, espalda recta. Contacto visual: mirar fijamente, evitar la mirada. Proxémica: distancia entre personas. Paralenguaje: tono de voz, volumen, ritmo. Características Suelen ser inconscientes. Refuerzan o contradicen lo que se dice con palabras. Varían según la cultura. Ejemplos Sonreír para mostrar amabilidad. Cruzar los brazos para mostrar incomodidad. Hablar con voz temblorosa para indicar nervios.
